I am wanting to do a colon cleanse, but they kinda scare me. Even when they safe it’s all natural, I am a little skeptical.. Just because it’s natural doesn’t make it safe. I am trying to loose weight and have lost 8 pounds. Now i am irregular and don’t like that. If there is a home remedy i would like to know that. Thanks!!
