What is the best cure for compacted stools/colon cleanse?

I have been having a lot of problems with recurring constipation and have wanted to try a colon cleanse to get rid of the compacted stools. I just have a feeling that there are stools that are stuck in my bowels. My diet isn’t terrible but isn’t good either. Can you give an natural recommendations or commercially available colon cleanses that would loosen the compacted stools? I have seen a bunch of websites that try to see these. Which is good for this?

Any “colon cleanse” that you buy is most likely just a laxative, which will indeed cleanse your colon temporarily but will not solve your problem. Your constipation is most likely due to your diet. You need to increase the amount of fiber you eat. The best sources of fiber are vegetables, and to a lesser extent whole grains and fruit (mostly in the peels). Without fiber, stools harden and compact. Try Dual Action Cleanse. It worked for Klee Irwin- his stools are as thick as his wrist and as long as his daughter’s arm!

    Hi,

I use to have constipation on regular basis and I know how it feels. Take luke warm water and add lemon juice and sugar. Stir well and drink it. It has helped me in the past. I have also tried recommendations from this article, which has helped me in the past:

  • Halo:

Milk of Magnesia!!!! 100% the best!!
All it takes is 2-4 tbsp, which is provided with a plastic cup, wait 30 minutes, then it starts working like magic. Depending on how sever it is, it may take an hour to pass what needs to be passed or it may take longer, but it definitly gets the job done. There’s no mixing anything, no waiting 12 hours, I would suggest having a glass of water handy to wash it down with cause it leaves a funny taste in your mouth. But there’s no better product for constipation. If you like cherry, I would definitly recommend the cherry flavored over the original.
