Usually vegetables and broths are recommended.
You can keep your normal diet but think about it this way…if you eat foods high in fat and preservatives, that basically “pollutes” your body so I would stick to natural foods…organic if possible.
Colon cleansers are not unsafe IF you do them properly and do not abuse them.Don’t post replies in the alternative health section if you are IGNORANT on the subject.

All foods are safe.
Colon cleanses are the unsafe part.
You should only do a colon cleanse/enema when you are going into surgery.
