Need advise on an effective colon cleanse thats safe and cheap?

Im constantly bloated latley, stressed out, not going everyday. I think I need a good colon cleanse, and something to remove the waste weight.

Any sugguestions on products or foods.. I am on a tight budget.

What Is The Best Safe Natural Way To Cleanse Your Colon?

I am wanting to do a colon cleanse, but they kinda scare me. Even when they safe it’s all natural, I am a little skeptical.. Just because it’s natural doesn’t make it safe. I am trying to loose weight and have lost 8 pounds. Now i am irregular and don’t like that. If there is a home remedy i would like to know that. Thanks!!

I heard that there are “safe” foods that you can eat while on the Masters Colon Cleanse to help you over come the snacking….Can anyone tell me which ones they are?
