I am wanting to do a colon cleanse, but they kinda scare me. Even when they safe it’s all natural, I am a little skeptical.. Just because it’s natural doesn’t make it safe. What is the best cure for compacted stools/colon cleanse?
I have been having a lot of problems with recurring constipation and have wanted to try a colon cleanse to get rid of the compacted stools. I just have a feeling that there are stools that are stuck in my bowels. My diet isn’t terrible but isn’t good either.
