I was curious as to if anyone has experimented with using any of the over the counter colon cleanse systems and if so, how difficult is the schedule to keep up with and what were the results? I am interested in hearing stories of better overall well being, such as more energy and weight lose. If weight lose was experienced, how much was lost and how long did it take. I have used one of them. It seems to have worked really well. I tried the one from this site thecoloncleanseresource.com the intra colon cleanse. I definatley got rid of allot of excess in my system. I have only been using it a month, but i feel more energetic and more awake.

I have used the colon cleansers. My experience was good. The one I took was easy. You take 2 tablets 2 hours after your last meal. I lost 5 pounds in the first 4 days. I felt better and was thinner around middle area. The colon cleanse is not for weight loss but you will lose because of the waste that you pass. This gets rid of toxins and parasites if you have any. The product I used was recommended by a friend. I included the site.

Colon cleanser shouldn’t be used as weight loss systems. They clean the colon and your system of impurities, but don’t guarantee weight loss. In fact, people who abuse them soon enough experience diarrhea and other embarrassing issues, such as constipation or flatulence.
